Returns Policy

We believe you will love our products. In case you are not happy, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please log in to your account and select the item you want to return. You will be automatically guided through the return process. Your return shipping is fully paid by us. If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, please contact us at hello@metriholliday.com so we can assist you with your return.

Returns are processed as soon as we receive the product. Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 14 business days to see the refund in your bank statement.

Gift Certificate & Store Credits

We issue store credits for gift certificates. If you paid using store credit, your store credit will be refunded to you as store credit. Please note that gift certificates and store credits are not transferrable. 

 

Exchange Policy

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online and return the original item you purchased. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@metriholliday.com. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States except P.O. Boxes and US Territories. If your location is out of our shipping zone, we will request you to provide another destination address or cancel the order.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

FAQs

How do you process my return if I paid with PayPal (U.S.)?
If the full amount of your purchase was made with PayPal, your refund will be credited to the same PayPal account.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request.
